The Liberty County Community Coalition is a collaborative group that works together to enhance the physical and mental well-being of Liberty County residents. The coalition aims to identify service gaps and provide resources and education to fill those gaps. The group meets quarterly to discuss the most pressing issues in the community, fostering open dialogue, resource sharing, and networking.
